I have worked as a Dance Movement Therapist since 1997. I am a
licensed psychotherapist with a psychodynamic orientation and
hold additional qualifications in body-oriented psychotherapy,
dance therapy, psychodrama, trauma therapy (including Somatic
Experiencing and EMDR).
I am also a certified mindfulness instructor and trained yoga
teacher. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a supervisor and
educator in psychotherapy.
With 28 years of clinical experience, I have developed specialized
expertise in applying Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) to the
treatment of trauma, complex trauma, and stress-related disorders.
I have mainly been working in a private practice with groups and
individuals.
